ACES Fall Fun Run and Health Challenge is set for October 30th during school hours. This will be our largest student led and parent supported fundraising event (goal of $40k - no split with outside vendor). 100% of the funds raised staying with our school, our teachers, and our students. Fundraising campaign will be from October 2nd-30th and culminate with fun health-filled activities for the children to participate in on Friday, October 30th during a small portion of their school day. Hopefully everyone saw the latest PTA newsletter and noticed we are having a "Fun Family Fundraiser" during the school day on Friday, October 30. It will be a fun run/walk type event. We are looking for volunteers to help with day of responsibilities (extended shifts for set up, clean up, etc. and also shorter shifts where you could stay with your child's class). Please contact Tina Gordon if you are interested in learning more volunteer opportunities once details are available. Mark your calendars for October 30!
Box Top containers were delivered today to each of our teachers. We are eager to start collecting so start sending in the Box Tops you were collecting all summer. You can send them in an envelope, a Ziploc bag, rubber banded together or use the counting sheets available at http://www.boxtops4education.com/ if you want to get your kids involved.

Thanks to the incredible demand for the shirts and magnets, we're starting another pre-order phase immediately. Below you'll find links to purchase both Child and Adult shirts (as well as magnets). Items purchased online by September 30th will be available for a fun-run scheduled for the end of October. As before, we're not offering shipping so as to reduce your cost and will instead find distribution times/channels through the school.

Based on the standard Tervis glassware tumbler, the ACE logo will be inserted between the layers in an embroidered patch. The colors below vary as a result of their virtual mockup process - the 24oz Tumbler image is closest to reality.
