The Giving Tree is returning to ACES this year! We are working now on reaching out to families in need and plan to have all the information gathered and sponsors assigned before the Thanksgiving break.
Sponsors are asked to put together a gift bag including an outfit and a toy and return it to ACES by December 7th. Last year we were so blessed by sponsors and 78 of our students (and siblings of our students) in need were helped. If you are interested in sponsoring a student, please use the link below to let us know.

In an effort to support families at Thanksgiving, we are partnering with the Richland Creek Community Church this year. The Richland Creek Community Church will be distributing turkeys on Saturday, November 11th from 9-11 am at the Legacy Worship Center foyer. They are also running a food pantry on November 25th, December 9th and 23rd from 9-11 in the same location.
We are assisting the church by using our refrigerator and freezer space at the school and if you are interested in donating a turkey or other Thanksgiving food items, please feel free to bring it to ACES and place on the tables in the front hallway between now and Fall Break.
Please find our PTA Advocacy Alert for November. We want to encourage all of our families to help advocate for an end to class size chaos (https://app.memberhub.com/download?r=95046&u=39xrz8yh4n1).
Thank You Ms. Holliday!
We are all going to miss our wonderful Chess teacher. We would like to give all of our students and parents to bring cards of thanks in for Ms. Holliday. We will collect cards from 11/13 to 11/17. Cards may be placed in the PTA donation bin in the front office. You may also include any gifts, spoils or care package type items.
We would also like to encourage families to check out the All You Need is Love: A Benefit for Ashley that is being held at The Pour House on December 10th at 12:30pm.
Tickets can be purchased at https://www.etix.com/…/all-you-need-is-love-a-benefit-for-a… or you may may include a donation with your card (in a separate envelope) and the PTA will bring it to The Pour House in December.
